What are the shipping times?
Avon ships every two weeks. I put my order in every other Tuesday morning, and my order comes to me two days later on Thursday. Your shcedule may be different depending on you location.
Does the company dropship?
Avon is on a two week selling/shipping schedule. They have their own delivery drivers.
What is the commission structure?
Your first 4 campaigns (2 months) you earn 50% commision. After that it is based on total sales and ranges from 20% to 50%. Bonuses are added for those who choose to get into Leadership.
How am I paid?
You order products, deliver them to customers, collect money, and pay Avon your cost. The rest of the money is yours to keep.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes
Can I design my own website?
Avon supplies you with a fully functional and attractive website when you become an e-rep. Some Representatives choose to add things to their sites, but it isn't a requirement.
Where can I sell?
You can sell to anyone, anywhere. If customers order from your website, the product can be shipped directly to them from AVON, and you still earn 20% of that sale.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Yes, you can do them from the regular brochure or choose one of the specially designed fund-raiser flyers printed by AVON.
Are training tools available?
Absolutely! There is wonderful free online training available, and I will personally train you and be available for any questions.
Am I required to hold home parties?
You are NOT required to hold home parties, but you are welcome to do so if you choose.
