How do I start with this company?
Inspiranza Designs offers two Dare to Dream startup packages. It's up to you to decide which best fits your budget. You can get started today with as little as $125.00. At signup, your display jewelry is purchased at 50% off the retail price. Consultants also have the opportunity to "Earn Back Their Authorization Fee".
Does that include a kit? Yes - Includes Kit
All new consultants have the opportunity to earn back their authorization fee ($125) or receive $300 in free jewelry. The authorization fee is $125.00 regardless of the package you purchased.
To qualify for the $125 or $300 in free jewelry, consultants must hold at least 5 parties in their first 30 days of sales with a minimum of $2,500 retail ($500 per party average). This period begins with your first party, which is to be scheduled within 3 weeks of receipt of you start-up kit.
What are the shipping times?
Generally once the party is turned in to be processed they ask for up to 3 weeks.

What is the commission structure?
As an Independent Inspiranza Silver Consultant you earn your commissions the day of your party. You will collect your commissions before Inspiranza Designs gets paid by retaining 30% of the retail sales of each party. In addition to your commissions you can also qualify for additional commissions when you recruit others and grow your team. It is that easy to turn your dreams into reality.

You will receive a binder with your kit with a lot of info and you will
always have your upline.
Am I required to hold home parties?
You are not required, however your jewlery sells better with people seeing, touching and feeling what you have to offer them.
