Many of our designs are exclusive and unique, and of course, we use only .925 sterling silver and real stones. We have a wide array of styles and prices to appeal to any customer. What are the sales quotas?
We have No monthly Quotas, unless you desire a Downline and then you need to have $400.00 in Retail Sales to qualify & receive your Commission Check.

As an independent consultant, you design your business to fit your needs and values.
Consultants earn 30% on all their sales.
As we build our teams we earn 5-14% on our downline's monthly retail sales. The possibilities are unlimited.
Earn even more through your own website with e-sales.
With every show you close, earn up to four pieces at 70%
How am I paid?
You make your commission the night of the Show and you receive and additional commissions 1 time per month.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes company does supply a website for you at a cost of $45.00 per year...
Can I design my own website?
No.
Where can I sell?
Through Home Parties, single orders, vendor shows, bridal shows or events, expos, catalog shows, online parties.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
You can do your own fundraiser if you desire and pay out of your own commission.
Are training tools available?
Yes, as your Sponcer I will help Train you and we also Hold Conference Calls.
Am I required to hold home parties?
Yes.
