How long have you been with this company?
I joined this company in October of 2006, just 5 short months after TOHE launched it's parties. We are a new company, with the potential to grow, grow, grow! In the first year- TOHE completed one of the largest launches in the 100 year history of the party plan industry.
What are the sales quotas?
As a new consultant, you must sell $1,000 to become qualified. After that, there are no monthly sales quotas-- stress free- pressure free. You are truly able to have the flexibility to make this company work around your life & your schedule.
How do I start with this company?
Starting with this company is a cinch-- first you fall in love with the products. It's so easy to do! Once you have decided that you are interested in the opportunity, you can go to the corporate website: www.tohe.com and click on the sign up now icon. When prompted, you would enter my consultant code 552905, and become a member on my team. On the website, you can find the incredible starter kit-- a well over $600 value for just $199. Plus, all new consultants are eligible to collect more rewards in our Smart Start program. These rewards are additional free products & are based off how well you do in your first months as a consultant.
What are the shipping times?
We have an excellent shipping turnover, with most hostesses receiving their products within a 2-3 week period. Many hostesses have received their products as soon as 7-10 days.
Does the company dropship?
Absolutely-- dropship is available for an additional $10.00 S&H charge.
What is the commission structure?
A consultant earns a 25% cash commission & a 5% business credit commission for each party. Business supply credits go towards purchasing all of the "paper" needed for your business, catalogs, order forms, party plan forms, etc.
When you recruit just 1 person under you, you will become a Senior Consultant & earn 25% commission, 5% business credit, 2% bonus on personal volume & 2% bonus on additional consultants volume.

How am I paid?
That is the best part! You are paid on the night of the party. Your payment comes right off the top of the sales that you make THAT NIGHT! When you enter a party into the system, it automatically deducts your IP (profit) and you only pay the remaining balance! So if you have a party on Friday night, the money is in your pocket when you go home!
All bonus money from personal & group volume is sent to you via mail from corporate. The commission checks are send out the week following the end of the month. EX-- September commissions are sent out appx. the first week of October.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes- our company has a fabulous website with a TON of features!

When you sign up as a consultant using my ID #, you will belong to the HOME Team. You will then be emailed a password & login for the HOME Team site, which is packed with shared files, ideas, inspiration, training calls & scripts, everything you need to get started with your business. Want catalog labels? Click download & they will magically appear with all of your info. on them! It's a fabulous website!
Can I design my own website?
All consultants can have their own design & maintain their own website as well. It has links to the monthly specials, bridal registry, opportunity information, etc.

Where can I sell?
Our market is for home parties. You can also sell at craft fairs, expos, businesses, great gifts for relators to purchase for their clients. We have a bridal registry, so bridal expo's are a popular spot to go to. Pretty much- you think of it- you can hold a party there!
Does this company offer fundraisers?
At consultants discretion. The option is available if you are looking for it.
Are training tools available?
We have an extensive amount of training. It is the foundation of this company. There are personal opportunity meetings at your upline or directors houses, online support & training, phone conferences, conferences, national conference, and two HUGE consultant sites packed with information, ideas, suggestions, discussion boards for every topic you can imagine. The traning, inspiration & motivation from this company is phenomenal!
Am I required to hold home parties?
Required, no. But why wouldn't you?-- it's a party plan company! Having a home party is the best way to really have fun with this company. PLus you meet so many great people & really form relationships with your hostesses.
