What are the sales quotas?
There are no sales quotas or ordering requirements
with Watkins, in fact some people join just to buy their own products wholesale.
How do I start with this company?
To become a Watkins associate you need to
complete an International Agreement and purchase your membership for $39.95. You
may do this by phone, mail or online.
You also have the option to upgrade your membership by ordering one or all of
the upgrade assortments within your first 90 days.
What are the shipping times?
It takes one to two business days to process
your order and approximately five to seven business days for shipping. Depending
on how close you live to Winona, MN or Winnipeg, MB, your order may arrive
sooner.
Does the company dropship?
Yes, your customers can order directly from
Watkins by phone, mail or online and their order is shipped conveniently right
to their door.
What is the commission structure?
You'll earn 25% to 39% of the retail
purchases made by your customers. You'll also save between 25% to 39% on
your personal purchases. You may be eligible to earn additional bonus income
between 3.5% to 14% based on your personal sales and the sales of the other
Associates in you organization.
How am I paid?
Commission and bonus income is sent by direct deposit once a
month to qualifying Associates. This includes commissions from your personal
website sales, direct customers and party sales, plus any bonuses that were
achieved. You can also earn Reward Points, which can be redeemed for valuable
merchandise or travel with our Performance Rewards Program.
Are "company websites" available?
Yes, as an Associate you'll benefit from
the features of the corporate web site including access to online shopping,
printable recipes, real-time reports, business news, training materials and
more.
You may choose the e-Associate Web package, with a template for a personal Web
site, there is a monthly maintenance/web hosting fee of $19.95 for this option.
Can I design my own website? Yes.
Where can I sell?
You can sell Watkins products to consumers anywhere in
Canada and the United States. You may choose to sell Watkins products locally by
catalog sharing, through home parties, or at trade shows, fairs and events or
nation wide online.
Does this company offer fundraisers?
Yes, you can offer nonprofit
organizations a free personalized e-commerce web site and help groups do fund
raising events in your community if you choose to.
Are training tools available?
The Watkins "System For Success"
Training Guide and other materials in your membership package is a
comprehensive, easy to follow training system. No previous experience, training,
or credentials is necessary.
